Thank you for visiting our web site.  On this site you will find photographs of the homes we have built in the recent past. You will be able to download brochures of our home designs, and see some of the locations that we are offering.

While browsing our site please take notice that many of the photographs are not of the same house design with just different siding and roof colors. Granted there are going to be some similar homes on the photo pages, when a design becomes popular people tend to choose it over and over. However, we are not a large impersonal tract builder offering customers a choice from three house designs that you cannot alter. We at Lakehill feel that your home should have your personal touch and design changes. That is why we offer you , the customer, the ability to customize your new home. More so than the average large volume homebuilder. Whether you choose one of our designs, bring us one that you have, or collaborate with our architect to create your Dream Home. 

Being a small family owned company we tend to be more versatile and customer oriented. Reason being, at our company you work with the builder/owner not with a sales representative or job supervisor. We will walk you through the entire home building procedure so that we can all avoid surprises during construction. I personally believe that the more knowledge you have about the process of purchasing a new home the more pleasant your experience will be.
